From Destroyer 666.net:

"08 JUL 2009 TRANSMISSION VIII

Any US promoters looking to book the band between 27 Sept and 2 Oct 2009,
get in touch with Riprecords@hotmail.com asap"

Looks like they're already doing a string of dates similar to the 2006 tour around this time. Let's get them down here.

I like this band a lot. How big are they though?

This is regarding them playing...how many people would be expected to show up? I would not charge more than $12 at the door, but I would like to do $10. I have no idea how big this band is anymore and would love to see them here. I cant pay anything out of pocket and I dont want them to get fucked so can someone tell me how big they are and how many people would realistically come.

I'm sure their guarantee is kind of high...plane tickets from Australia aren't cheap. You'd lose a lot if you only charged $10 a ticket.

They will already be in the US. There is no way in hell I would pay them to fly from Australia. Its irrelevant but I think they moved to somewhere in Europe. Their guarantee actually isnt that high, but there is something else that I may not be able to do, thats why im asking about the guestimated turn out.

They're playing in Charlotte on Sept. 30 at The Underground. Only about a 4 hour drive?

Does anyone plan on going and could give me a ride? I'd be glad to chip in for gas, etc.

Edit: same day as Satyricon, dammit

I would totally drive for this, they are awesome live! ...but there's no telling if I'll be able to go or not all depending if I have a job (and $$$) and if goddamn GA Perimeter gets their shit straight so I can register for classes. yeah and then there's Satyricon...it's too early to tell for now!
