The End/Omega Distro having (non-sitewide) 60% off sale

Post by DeathfareDevil » Tue April 27th, 2010, 2:49 pm

I would've posted this in the "online metal" subforum, but I actually wanted people to see it, hehe. Apparently this is a two week sale, and I have no idea when it started. It's not site-wide, but the overstock section, where everything is 60% off, has loads of good stuff: Immortal, Darkthrone, Melechesh, November's Doom, Sigh, Edge of Sanity's Evolution, Dissection's Somberlain, Agalloch's The Mantle, etc etc etc.

It's gone screwy on me, too. I picked a great time to post this. (It was working fine last night.)

When one has no currency, discounts matter not. Woe is me.

No really, I hate being broke, because I wanna go on a CD buying binge soooo bad. I haven't done it in a while.

I too am broke, but a) I have a credit card, and b) I am really, really irresponsible. It's what makes capitalism work! (Not really.)

Well my budget for the trip to see Alcest was $200 and I only spent $150...hmmm.

Thanks.

EDIT:

Just got some Novembers Doom, Dissection, and Moonsorrow for $12 w/ free shipping. Awesome.

In the end, it was just "almost." I'm sure I could find that stuff online for free. US$10.00 for a CDR of a demo does seem a little steep. Especially when the band is as prolific as that guy is.

Be advised: There's no redder flag than a prolific band.
