Are you sure they aren't a math metal band?

apparently they aren't shitty metalcore but actually decent death metal - their singer sounds remarkably like Joey from the Knife Trade, but they're looking for a new singer.

The only reason it exists is because of the military base there.

I'd like to see that!
TheKshatriya wrote:If swayzes had a better sound system it would be awesome. There could be a lot of shows at Swayzes that are at the Masq, and it would be more packed which would be a lot better. I went to a show at swayzes once with like 600 people and they were all going insane.
are you sure it was 600? you must be exaggerating. I've seen a good crowd at Swayzes before and there's no way there were that many people there! There probably weren't even that many people at the Obituary show!
either way, the darkside or swayzes would be cool. alot better than Augusta anyway...and closer!

yeah that would be nice actually!
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

When Comeback Kid and some other HC band (can't remember who right now) played at Swayzes, they sold out the door at 550 people. That + bands, merch people, club employees, blah blah...

Yeah, it was that show, Bane, Comeback Kid, and With Honor. It was like 600 people.
It was very uncomfortable.

Green Carnation cancelled their show in Augusta at Sector 7G due to 'contractual issues,' so I'm thinking either the club's equipment wasn't adequate or they didn't get paid. I think someone else cancelled there recently, too.
I think it's a all-ages non-alcoholic club.
