Renee and I are sending out an open invite to any and all of you that might want to go out for some seafood and then head out to see THE HILLS HAVE EYES remake this friday night. i usually hate remakes but at least original director Wes Craven was involved in this remake and i hear its going to be good. plus, its not like the original was a "classic" and a staple of the horror genre....it was good and funny but not something that couldn't be made better. eventhough i must say........its a little suspicious how much its getting d all over the place. could mean bad things. we'll just have to see

if you are interested in hanging out friday night in the kennesaw/marietta area let me know.

I also saw this movie last night! Holy mother fuck it was awesome! There's nothing like deformed radiation ridden hillbillies! Who ever hasn't seen this movie must go see it. It's mandatory!

i drank a 12 pack before going to the movie last night, the hills did NOT have eyes, and the movie had no damn gore. not mandatory, shitty!!! just watch the original..... waste of 7 bucks, could of bought another fucking 12 pack

i wasn't too impressed either. i thought that the old parts were rushed and didn't have any 'TERROR' or 'HORROR' to offer....just jump out scares. but i did like the new parts that were added in. like the little shanty town of mutants. those scenes were better and less rushed.

overall it was pretty ok. i didn't feel as i had wasted my money, i was just expecting better b/c i actually thought that they could make this movie better than it was the first time.

oh well...........down with remakes!

and screw the friggin remake of THE OMEN! what the hell? THE OMEN was friggin perfect the first time. only harm could be done to this movie.

I didn't see the orginal...I haven't seen the originals for most of the remakes that are done. I'm sure if I had seen the original, my opinion would be different but since I haven't, I liked the movie for what it was.
