Sadly I'm still broke so I doubt I'll make it, at least I got to see HoF when they rolled through Athens.
Whoa, the prospect of seeing Watchmaker almost makes me feel sorry I'm going to see Neko Case with Vince and Stephen that night...
From Exile Vince? I might terminate my friendship if he's going to Neko Case.
No, I just thought I'd quote you and then mention a random person you don't know at all.
Are you coming here this weekend? We are partying on Saturday.

I actually tried it but they had 'security' there too! I tired to get him to let me in..even suggested having myself escorted out after Goatwhore played (that's who I wanted to see the most) but he was like "nope. can't do it." yeah so I heard Watch Them Die and Goatwhore from just outside the backdoor.

I left after that though.

Goatwhore was fucking awesome. Everybody else I know pretty much doesn't give a shit about them but I like their style. I watched a little of High on Fire but I just can't get into them.
and a note to Withered Mike: When I got home I saw that Evan actually DID have the Puaka Balava CD. I thought the CD had a jewel case, and I didn't realize it was slipped in next to Pungent Stench. Killer!

Not a bad show. Don't care for Goatwhore much. Painting an upside-down cross on your cabinet is pretty much the equivalent of wearing a tee shirt of Hasslehoff blowing Liberace.

Those things were like, upside down cross quilts, man! I bet they kept things pretty warm in the van on those cold, frostbitten nights.
