Black Metal ist Krieg! on May 21st...

On May 21st, from 4-6pm (this is on a Sunday) I'm gonna be playing nothing but black metal on WRAS. So if you guys have nothing better to do on a Sunday afternoon and you like black metal, then listen to this show!

I'm thinking that sometime in June or July I'm gonna do one for death metal too. These are what we call freeforms and they're on Sundays from 4-6pm.

I'll be working at the RennFaire. A radio might be considered slightly non-period.

I don't dare tell my friend Jimmy down there, either. He's one of the jousters (the dark-haired one, if anyone catches the joust) and a serious metalhead. "Cancel the 5:30 joust, I'm listening to the radio out at joust-camp instead!"

I'm afraid to tell him about the 6/6/06 WREKage all-day show, since he'll be pissed: the last day of the RennFire is 6/4/06.

I played an Emperor song during my regular rotation shift once and this guy called up complaining and said, "This is music you listen to while stapling chickens to your throat!" I just laughed..I couldn't help it! but hey, to each his own!
