Favorite/Best Guitar Solo

I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned Death. Just about every solo Chuck Schuldiner did in Death was awesome, especially on The Sound of Perserverance. "Bite the Pain" comes to mind.
My favorite solo recently has been the one in the middle of Kheftiu Asar Butchiu by Nile. All those arpeggios are ridiculous, and the riff it goes into at the end is killer.
Also, the solo at the end of Kissing the Shadows by Children of Bodom is really good. And yes, Fermented Offal Discharge is badass.
Finally, ANY solo by Buckethead.
