I think we got them because they're distributed by Southern Lord, just like Zoroaster.ProstheticHead12 wrote:Is that Battle Kommand Records? Our music directors tried to get ahold of them and never heard back. Do you think you could hook me up with them?

Yeah it's Battle Kommand. Mitch was half-right. Southern Lord is involved somehow.ProstheticHead12 wrote:Is that Battle Kommand Records? I've been sitting on those since Zoroaster came to the studio back in like August or something. Their label guy/friend gave them to me.Mitch wrote:Blut Aus Nord just came out with a new album (this week I think). Anybody have it? What do you think?
Personally I've been getting into a lot of US black metal. Coincidentally we received a bunch of that this week. We got stuff by Twilight, Nachtmystium, Leviathan, and a couple others.
The guy who runs Battle Kommand is pretty flaky. I gave him our info and my email and he never got back to me. And I even met him in person. I doubt I could be of much help other than making copies of the CD's for you.
no no, don't get me wrong.....i enjoy that you are posting music. i was just commenting on the material that you linked. put up as many links to as many bands as you can think of. i'll keep checking them out.Vaxthrul wrote:just posting online metal where more people tread. if you like it cool, if not thats fine. in between weekends, i really dont look ip new bands, and ill be away this weekend
but for all of you who like black metal, the new gogoroth album is definately recieving an A in my book. Greta new album, very catchy, and the first song i have listened to so much that i can recite it note by note. pick it up, download it, whatever, just get your hands on a copy.
On an interesting note, i found out the other day that on Carpathian Forest's 1998 Album, they recorded a The Cure song, A Forest. quite odd, but then again, Carpathian forest is just as odd
