Hooooooooo man, was that some party! You guys certainly have a lot of non-metal fans! It was fun showing them how to do the "horns" lol... would have been even more fun if there had been a "pit" -- but then the guys that live there mightn't have liked it much if we'd destroyed their stuff. That was a smart idea keeping that last keg until the very end. That way all the really dedicated people who stayed past 5am could still enjoy a last taste of Newcastle goodness.
That webcam thing was one of the most creative things I've seen done at a party. I love the idea of recursive imaging. I got a lot of interesting footage of that, plus a few weird conversations with some of the partiers outside(like that guy who looked like Tom Cruise playing Jesus), all of which will make good material to put together into some kind of souvenier DVD of the party in general.
For those of you who didn't make it, you missed one of the best From Exile shows ever. They seem to get tighter and more focused every time I hear them play, and that new material is really going to kick ass.

I was at this for a couple of hours...Heard From Exile but couldn't actually see them.

Now, if I had known there was a keg of fucking NEWCASTLE (my beer of choice) I would have stayed quite a bit longer. The only thing I drank was Miller Lite.

thanks for coming, dudes, it went incredibly well for everyone!

If you want to check out the system that was governing the phone images that were projected, go to www.camura.com

if you scroll back in time enough, you can see all the pictures that were taken that night. we call them 'phlogs'.

I wish my phone had a camera on it. I want to get some of those pics we took and put them in with the video I took of people taking pics of that screen, which had pics of them earlier doing the same thing.

That's hilarious. I was at that show as well. Also met Erock. But got confused because I had met Vince before and thought he was Erock.

Anyway, damn fine show fellas! But I too am sorry I missed out on the Newcastle-y goodness since I was a loser and bailed at 3:30.
Let the joyous celebrations of Hell begin!

They didn't open the tap until like 5:30 or so... it was there the whole time tho, cause I saw it as they were setting it up. It was all really cleverly done!

Well, I thought Ben was Vince the first time I met them heh.
