what 2 shows, im sure someone here can shut down your statement
Unholy alliance and with mastodon at the tabernacle I think? I forgot were the first one was.

hey,Maybe Im wrong. maybe they did play ONE PRE REIGN IN BLOOD TRACK. but that doesent change the fact that they are going to play new tracks from their new SHITTY album.
Unholy Alliance was at HiFi Buys last year. The Jaeger tour, where they played Reign In Blood in its entirety, was at the Tabernacle. I think it was Killswitch, Hatebreed and Mastodon? And then they also played the Tabernacle in 2002 or so, didn't they?

As long as I don't get too close to any open flames I should be okay.

your plan must've worked. i'm pretty sure that will and i saw you walking around the lawn shirtless and intoxicated.

Yeah...I decided to try a different plan. We mixed up a gallon of "Surfers on Acid" shots, which we used to chase our Jager. What's bad is that I was up there looking for a friend of mine who was even more intoxicated than I was...which is saying a piece...

There were actually a couple of pleasent surprises during their Atlanta set. Ghosts of War, Hell Awaits and Bitter Peace (one of my favorite tracks from Slayer's later albums). I also loved the intro. That's the first time I've ever heard them use that live.

It was E. Town Concrete, Killswitch, Hatebreed, and Slayer.

Slayer was awesome as usual! Yeah Hell Awaits was a nice surprise!

I stayed for the Manson set and what a fucking dissapointment! If any of you stayed, you know what I'm talking about! I guess he's too fucking rock n roll for an encore of any kind. You gotta admit, he has some good tunes...he just didn't play hardly any of them.
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

the highlight of the night was tom araya at least attempting the scream at the beginning of ANGEL OF DEATH.

and the fact that they broke straight into HELL AWAITS after RAINING BLOOD.

in reference to that one slayer show years ago at the tabernacle that holly was just mentioning...i actually have the poster from that show and it doesnt even mention e.town concrete (though, i know they were the first band that played that night), but it was arch enemy who played that night and hatebreed came on next, then slayer. and the next year again at the tabernacle, it was killswitch engage, mastodon, and then slayer.

That's totally right.
The one with Killswitch was the one on Thanksgiving, and I was in Florida.
I went early to the one with E. Town, because I love them.
They made them play on time, and pretty much no one was even there yet.

I've never been a fan of his music, but I have seen him put on good shows before. But this was not one of 'em. Even the one chick who went with us who did like him thought his show was boring.

i.m.o. he's a contender for "Biggest Douche in the Universe."

lol yeah he is.

@slut rag - I think it was either when Slayer or Bleeding Through mentioned Manson coming up next was when I heard a mix of boos and cheers. But when Manson was playing, most of the people there were putting their horns up and they weren't booing. Maybe the people up front were booing! I have no idea if it was a stage malfunction though.

hmmmmmm.. I don't know! Apparently Manson was pouting when he walked off. Since I was in the lawn I couldn't see his facial expressions, just him groping himself. That was gross.
