Me too. Doors are at 5, show probably starts at 6, so the only bands that somebody would miss are Veil of Maya and part of Light This City's set.Metalfreak wrote:that's what I was wondering!ratanda wrote:Too late for what? Not sure. It was obviously an excuse because they didn't want to go, but in their defense, the guy who's driving has a five month old baby at home and little money.ratanda wrote:Too late for what? Good show last night. Not a bad line up at all with Light This City and Abigail Williams dropping off the tour. Good local line up, too. No one seemed out of place on this bill.
I think Malevolent stole the show, though. I've always loved those guys, but it was good to finally see Brett Hoffmann back on vocals. Vader of course was great. They made up for the wimpy fifteen minute set the they played the last time they came through Atlanta with a nice long run of some old stuff and a surpise Black Sabbath cover. Not a lot of folks at the show for a Friday night, but a lot of fun.

This turned out to be a great show! Thanks to everybody that watched us and or bought a ticket. I felt we were well recieved.
WooHoo! Well at least we made enough of an impression for you to mention us in the same post as Malevolent Creation and Vader!necroodin wrote:Malevolent Creation was devastating and Vader was fucking good again.

This show was fucking great! I did make it...I came straight from the WRAS Benefit show after I was done helping out and I was able to catch Malevolent Creation and Vader. Both were absolutely fucking awesome!
Thanks to God of Brutality and Ratanda for the beer!
