I'd wanted an academic, or at least philosophical, discussion. Instead we have ... the internet. At least it was somewhat entertaining.

Now maybe I'll start a thread about race relations.
well, some of the members on this board just really like going at it. It's to be expected when you want a good discussion...it will eventually turn into mush. Those members always have to have the last word in stupid ass arguments like what has been going on here.

Brian is right, though. The first few pages were great.
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

I prefer Black Dawn, although I've never heard of either until now. Those half spoken vocals for Enochian Crescent ruin it.
Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowling.

They weren't called Black Dawn. Those are two completely separate bands.

But what makes Black Dawn good and not Enochian Crescent?

Black Dawn is an entirely separate entity that has existed and still exists as does Enochian Crescent. Black Dawn's name has been changed to The True Black Dawn.

Black Dawn = Blood For Satan

I don't know about this "The True Black Dawn" nonsense. But it wouldn't surprise me.

As for Enochian Crescent, I don't like them. Therefore, Black Dawn (who, I like) is good and Enochian Crescent (again, who I don't like) is not.

Feel free to put "In my opinion..." before, after or during any of the above if it helps.

I understand if you don't like them, but just because you don't like them doesn't necessarily mean they are bad. So what exactly makes Enochian Crescent bad? Just you don't like them isn't a good enough reason to say they're bad.

And Black Dawn had to change their name to The True Black Dawn because there was already a band in the US by that name who tried to sue them because they actually had it copyrighted.

Why would anyone need to further justify an opinion? And why do you care?

I haven't heard many Enochian Crescent songs. Only the ones on their myspace.

Am I the only one reminded of Papa Roach by "Thousand Shadows"?
