@ Smiths Olde Bar

Doomsayer is good, but Let The Night Roar will be awesome.

I haven't heard them in a while but they've kind of got a Priestess vibe. Josh and Mlny of Orcrist/Souls Unrest fame if that rings any bells.

its female fronted, sabbath inspired rock'n'roll. its dark, its heavy, a bit progressive and really soulful. i think they are one of the best bands in town personally and some of the best vocals you'll hear in rock'n'roll today IMO........but i might be a little bias

heres the Royal Thunder myspace page. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... =227372513

the recordings on their profile don't exactly do them justice but it'll give you a good idea of what they are all about. great songs but the production doesn't do them any favors.

plus, how can you not like a band this guy plays in.....

i put our neon posts in a new topic in the general forum so we wouldn't hijack the show thread too much......its the "Custom Neon" thread

no doubt in my mind after tonight that ROYAL THUNDER sits alongside WITHERED as the best bands in Atlanta!
