Seconded.
Older Dying Fetus is way better. The new stuff is just pretty good.

I haven't paid attention to the last few DF releases, but I've heard good things about their live shows lately.

I'll second that about the live experience. The last couple of times that I've seen them, the place was a total mad house. Some serious brawling and even the occasional pepper spray. I
know some of you remember that one. When they played in hell a few months back, they totally killed even as a three piece. Always a brutal good time with those guys.

Are you referring to the gig many years back out in Marietta, where all the skinheads charged in, then the cops, then it spilled out, but they finished the set during the whole fray?

No, the shows that I was referring to were within probably the last nine months or so and weren't nearly as volatile as the one you're talking about. I've heard some pretty amusing stories about that one.
I nearly got the beer kicked out of me in the bathroom the last time they were here. And when they played that super long set back in December, some dick that I had tied up with earlier in the evening finally got a face full of OC gas courtesy of the APD. Me and a few other people standing behind him inihaled the rest of the overspray. My throat and eyes burned hours.
So everybody come out to this show on October 3rd! Keep of Kalessin will be great, too.

dude they have been awesome live the last few times I saw them! I think it was the show when you got pepper sprayed when I realized they are so much better without their old lead vocalist.
and I don't know what some of you are talking about because this lineup is fucking KILLER!!!

They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???
