seriously...i saw like 4 cars pulled over the other night all within like a mile.

hahahaha i have a similar story! I got busted in December for a GRAM of purp and a one hitter. It was my first offense so i got a diversion. I just got off the bullshit last month. Leave it to the courts to rape you in the ass hole of every fucking penny you have!!!! fucking shit heads!!! Yeah man, i hate cops cause every fucking one of them are corrupt. I bet that one cop smoked my shit!!!!! but i Only had to do 40 hours of community service, 3 drug test at my leisure($50 bucks a pop not including the 4 i failed with out getting caught lol), drug/alcohol evaluation ($150), and that stupid ass risk reduction class which costed $289 fucking dollars. I would have had 2 ounces of purp for that!!!! god damnit!!!! hahahaha. OH oops off topic, i just had to put my 2 cents in. WHOOOOO HOOOOOOO METAL UP THE ASSSSSSSSSSS and then the COURTS RAPING YOUR ASSSSSSSSSSS oh shit!!!!!

@MaleficSounds - holy shit that sucks! ...on a side note, not all are corrupt. My dad is the epitome of a fuck up and once he even ran from a cop while driving. The cop caught up to him and this guy was so cool, he let my dad off that one charge (which would have been a felony) and just gave my dad the other charges (which were misdemeanors). Also, once when my godfather was driving me and my friend to a convenience store to get some snacks, we got pulled over just as we were pulling into the convenience store...my godfather was high, had been drinking and there was a gun under the seat. That cop had every goddamn reason to take my godfather to jail...but he didn't. because my godfather was honest and did everything that cop told him to do and he got off!

I guess it all depends on the cop's mood and personality really...also depends on where you are too...if you're in the sticks, then they will get you for something real small because they have nothing else better to do and probably need money.

and not to mention my boyfriend is a cop. I can tell you he would rather give someone a ticket for having alittle bit of pot than taking them to jail and doing the whole nine yards with it! He would rather get people on worse drug charges (like dealing and having alot of whatever it is) etc.

I'm not saying they're all good cops but you also have to understand they are just doing their jobs. Those cops who got you for that little bit of pot probably hate pot smokers...who knows so they may just milked you for everything you're worth. Also, it's usually not the cop who decides how much your fine is, that's usually the judges job...so blame the judge. and from my understanding, alot of judges ARE assholes.

Hahahaha right on. But thanks for the tips metalfreak, I can see your point, but god damn does it suck when you get one of the worse ones........ SHITTY lol. can't we all just get along and smoke one???? The cops who hate pot smokers are the 9 out of 10 cops who have never smoked it. Eh, just wish it would be legalized, I'd give up drinking any day for smoking which leads into a whole other topic lol. I'll leave it at that.

i ran from the cops once but i fell over drunk like 20 feet away, they didnt even charge me with it on the citation

In light of the following anecdote, I can't complain about the cops in Henry County.

Some time in the late Nineties, when I was bit more impulsive (and chemically addled), I found myself driving from south Rockdale into Henry County, heading for Steak n' Shake at one or two in the morning after having sat in my car long enough to drink maybe six beers and jam out to some music. Little did I know that a) someone had peeled the registration sticker off of my license plate, and b) the license plate light had burned out (some sort of cosmic practical joke, it seemed). And of course I had not only an open bottle of beer, but a few unopened in reserve for the trip.

Several miles down Fairview Road, blue lights started flashing in my rearview mirror. Some kind of idiotic panic reaction caused me to throw the open beer under the passenger seat, an action that nicely aerated the entire car with the smell of Michelob. On top of that, when I pulled over (already musing on what jail would be like) I managed to direct my car into an unseen ditch -- which prompted a crackling voice from the cop's PA: "Driver! Pull out of the ditch!"

So of course the cop's first question, as he lumbered up to the window, was, "How much ya had to drink tonight?" I don't remember what I said, but I'd guess it was the standard "two beers" response. It didn't matter anyway, since Mr. Henry County was already commenting on the brewery smell wafting from my windows. And my case wasn't helped by the fact that as I was feeling under the passenger seat for my wallet, I knocked a couple bottles together. I'm pretty sure that was when he told me to get out of the car.

However, I passed a quick roadside sobriety test, which consisted only of the "arms out to your side, now touch your nose" routine. And apparently my surprise at discovering my tag to be stolen and my tag light to be dark was honest and believable enough, because the extent of the punishment was the cop's saying, "Yeah, man, happens all the time. You can get a replacement for fifteen bucks."

So being fairly inebriated, driving with an open container and a missing tag and what otherwise would've seemed an effort to hide that fact (if not a very wise effort), and after driving into a ditch, I was sent on my way with only a verbal warning of, "Don't drink and drive."

So I can't complain about the cops in Henry County. In fact, I probably should've sent them thank-you cards and cookies.

fortunately, I've never had any run-ins with the cops...although when I was a teenager, I did some stupis ass shit that I should've got arrested for. There were just no cops around!

and yea, a lot has changed since the 90's and henry county fucking blew the fuck up.....now there as many cops as there are people...

Am I the only fucking person who would rather not risk getting caught with anything? It was like that all through high school, too. All my friends went to jail at least once, sometimes multiple times, and I was just smart enough to stay at home. Why risk running around with your weed and your underage alcohol? Just stay home. It means I don't have much of a social life, but fuck it. I also have a clean criminal record.
