It's on Ponce just down the street from the Drunken Unicorn. It's probably the greatest place of all time. I was going to be there anyways in hopes of being Blondie's new years kiss.

Oh, you have missed out on an Atlanta institution.

Take I-75 north to the Freedom Parkway exit. Stay on Freedom Parkway until it dead-ends on Ponce de Leon. Turn left and you'll see the Clermont Hotel on your left, almost immediately. The Lounge is in the basement of the hotel, and the entrance is around back. Because it is a "strip club," I am sure that there is some sort of age limit, but I have no idea what it is.

I would love to go to this show, but New Year's Eve is going to be really rough. I am sure it will be a legendary show, if not mostly for the venue.

i have heard things about the place, but never knew of shows going through there. but i will try to be there. fucking hate its on new years eve. all the pigs will be out that night to bust drunk drivers more than likely.

Not so much. I believe that the Clermont Hotel could more accurately be described as a flop-house. In other words, it is not a high-class joint.
