i called criminal records as well and they said they would have tickets today and tomorrow. the tickets are fedexed to them these days, they said.

friday (tomorrow)...i am going to criminal records to buy a cd and get my ticket(s). and then the day of the actual show.....i will go and wait in line around 6 in the morning. if noone is there, no big deal, i can just go wait at my friend's condo like 4 blocks away and just go back there every hour to make sure the line hasnt grown past the limit.

and to the previous link....i find out that pig destroyer AND eyehategod ARE confirmed so im even more excited.

what CD should i buy at criminal records for the tickets? i was thinking some eyehategod but if they dont have any, what else should i get? reccommend something.

Ok, so everybody and their brother is asking for ticket information regarding February's Scion Rock Fest (original news here). We won't make you wait any longer. By the way, nine additional bands have been confirmed for the event (click here for the latest flyer):

Here's the deal with the tickets. At 9pm EST today, you will be able to go to the Scion Rock Fest website and register. You will have to provide your email address and your zip code. If you live within a 60 mile radius of a participating pick-up location (see list below), you will be told which store to go to for your tickets. An email confirmation will be sent you and you can then claim your pair of tickets. Please note: you MUST register on the Scion Rock Fest website and bring your confirmation email to the store. Do not call the store or just show up there. If you live outside of the aforementioned radius, your name will be added to a will-call list to get tickets on the day of the show. You will be emailed a confirmation for that arrangement. Here are the participating stores:

I called Criminal earlier, they said they were out so my friend called Wax N Facts. They said they have them so we drove up and asked the dude for the ticket and he tells me all about the "sign up on the site blah blah blah" but gives me one anyway.

I'm still gonna sign up though so I can get my pair.

yeah, ill join either in line or at the condo. my friend wont mind.... IF i get my fucking tickets that is... im hoping so much that i will get them. doing the email confirmation thing in like 20 minutes.
