North Ave MARTA station to the Masquerade is like a mile and half, tops. Yeah, ~20-25 minutes.

I live on the east line -- it might be quicker to take the bus from MLK. The 99 runs from MLK to North, stopping at Boulevard and North Avenue, wich is just up the street from the Masquerade.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to get to go after all. (Unfortunate...for me, not for any of you of course.)

But file under the "This shit's gonna be crazy" heading, the guy who bought my tickets is flying in from Puerto Rico for the show.

I'm thinking this could be the case.

Imagine, say, flying in from Puerto Rico and being told "sorry, your ticket didn't guarantee admission...."

@Brian: cool that you're on Tyr's list. Cool that they got a list at all; I'm told that Suidakra did not.

(And still no response from Septic Flesh, either.)

Forecast for Saturday keeps getting worse....50% chance of showers and thundershowers, up from 30%. Won't matter too much about the inside stages, but the outside stage might be sloppy. I don't put too much stock in that "we're gonna put a tent over the whole music park" thing either....

Haha I hope they post a guide "So you travelled all this way and didn't make it in." There's the aquarium and Coke museum, and multiple bars.

I should send someone to hand out flyers for the King Tut exhibit and for the Opera that is taking place that night.

"Well, you can't see Neurosis, but there's a performance of Il Trovatore at the Cobb Energy Centre.

...hey, just letting you know. There's no need to get all 'Stabby' about it."

Maybe the Clermont Lounge will open up early for those that can't get in.

bus 2 runs out of there...I take it all the time and there's a stop on the corner right before city hall east on Ponce and then another in front of the crack kroger. the walk from either is like 5 mins. I've also walked from N Ave to the Masq many times when the bus isn't there and I like walking so no biggie!

good thing about building something over the park...I heard the weather is supposed to be nasty.

@Strange - hopefully your friend gets in. I would be hating life if I was him and didn't get in!

2 MORE DAYS!
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???
