Evergrey will be performing an intimate warm-up show in Marietta, GA on March 12th en route to Mexico City for a festival appearance. This will be a true "Night with Evergrey" as the band will remain at the club after the show to party with the fans the rest of the night. Tickets will be limited and will go on sale next week (exact date TBA).

yeah that's the place. It's inside a sports bar...you have to go in there to get to it. I haven't been there in almost 2 years so maybe they added an entrance, I dunno.
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

the venue is pretty cool if it's still the way I remember it...it's in Marietta. I think you have to go past the Big Chicken to get there...can't remember exactly how to get there though.

everything you need to know is on the flyer above, with the exception of the Ticket Alternative link to purchase advance tickets.

The Local Venue is located at 1440 Roswell Rd, Marietta GA. Remember, Google Maps is your friend! ;) The venue is easy to locate and yes, it is inside Sidelines Sports Grille. The room was once the location of The Darkside, but it has been refurbished over the past year with improved sound and lights. The room has also been recently expanded to improve the capacity from 250 to 350+. The Local Venue is quickly becoming the hottest rock & metal club outside the perimeter! \m/

Evergrey is stopping in Atlanta on their way to Mexico City for a festival. We are very fortunate that they love Atlanta as much as they do, because this will be an exclusive, intimate one-off show. There are currently no plans to tour the U.S. in 2009. If you miss it, well then you'll just miss it.

cool! is there going to be a ton of shows there soon then? I really enjoyed going there when it was still The Darkside. I probably won't make it out to this show (not a huge fan) but I would like to come back! 8)

yes - there is usually a show every Friday and Saturday night. Most times the shows include modern alternative rock, but at least once or twice a month the shows include some metal bands.

March 13th for example (the night after the Evergrey show) is a regular night of metal - featuring Powersville (if you like Pantera, you'll like Powersville) and Shadowmatter, which reminds me of a cross between Queensryche and Fates Warning. Also appearing is Nightlore, a gothic rock/metal band and Tortus, a young prog-rock band.

Should be a fun night! \m/

Damn, if this was even within an hour from me I'd so go just for the off chance of seeing Evergrey play something of The Inner Circle... I don't like the newer stuff as much but I still wish I could go..
