We(Godfiend)are throwing a party @ Coots Lake in Rockmart off 278 on Sat Sept 26. I know it's a long way from u guys that live in the city but there's plenty of place to camp out and crash. any bands interested in playing let me know. Gonna be a fun show and they'll be a shitload of people there.

We're expecting over 100-150 people just from our area so bands interested in playing bring ur people as well. We're gonna have food, 2 or more kegs, and as many bands as we've got time to put on. Come on out it's gonna be a killer party. If it all goes well this will probably be an annual event.

Woah, where do you live? That new apartment complex off Shallowford by the Publix? Weird....I used to live right off the Access Road in The Cliffs, so these directions had me going "WTF?!"

Gotta love how Google lists interstates as GA state routes....as if anyone knows I-20 as "GA Hwy 402."

hahaha yeah the newer ones behind publix. I knew someone who used to live in the Cliffs...I think those got bulldozed. anyways, I'm really hoping I can make it out to this one.

Yep, not too long after I left. Clearly, my departure had the same effect on those apartments as Sauron's demise had on the towers of Mordor.

this show is not gonna be the blowout all dayer i thought we were gonna be able to throw. I was told by the band that we're only gonna have 3 bands playing now and a much smaller turnout cuz of liability reasons. I can understand the owners request on that one. so now i dunno who's playing this thing besides us now. Just wanted to let u guys know this thing probably won't be worth the drive out now. it's only 5 mins away so i'm good and if it's stale i'll split after we play.

aww that sucks. The chili cookoff at Stone Mountain is the same day. Come to the chili cookoff (you have to get there at like 10-11am if you want chili) before this. By the time all the chili is gone, you still have the rest of the day 8)

Cool...yea, i was talking to Linda about that. I always wanted to check that out. I might try and do that if an early rehearsal is not needed.

this show now is cancelled completely due to "the flood". Hopefully we'll get another crack at putting on a show here.
