no, he's talking about a dude who goes by Ripper...I'm sure you've seen him at shows before. He always wore a bunch of tails hanging off his pants and he had long black hair and a bunch of peircings. This is all past tense cause his hair isn't black anymore and he grew a beard and he looks more like a "normal" metalhead now (he was at Satyricon btw) haha
