Uhhhh...

Cobalt's lead singer interviewed by Fox News something or other:
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2jzrTKbEhDE&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2jzrTKbEhDE&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Weird, man. Weird.

That host -- and that show, really -- never ceases to befuddle me. Yes, he's a right-wing jackass (I'm sure he would say "libertarian"), and his sense of humor rarely strays from the "look how CREEPY I am" range, but Red Eye is by far the most watchable thing on Fox News. (Yes, I am a liberal, how'd you guess.) It doesn't hurt that every episode includes at least one hot girl, but that's par for the course with tv media, I guess.

All that said, this is without a doubt the only time we'll hear the term "war metal" on mainstream television.

Oh, here's Gwar on Red Eye.

You can also youtube search for "red eye andrew wk" and get an assortment of weirdness.

who knew the main man of Cobalt was such a white, inoffensive baby-face

actually that seems the norm for black metal

anyway Cobalt slayyz and the intro to that video is top class

I don't know who that joker is, but that's probably the best GWAR interview I've ever seen. Brockie's right, they usually just stare at him in terror and confusion. This guy is clearly a fan and he did his homework on both interviews. It's rare that Oderus gets to riff like that.

Just added "Mystery Date" to my Netflix queue!

Completely ignored this thread earlier but I read that Salome loved Cobalt's new album on their myspace blog and got Gin. I was on their last.fm and saw that it was same dude that got interviewed....I'm liking them so far.
