My guess is that it has fallen apart. Neither Pelican nor Shrinebuilder are listing 3/13 dates in Atlanta.

I had heard that this might be moving to Ohio, I thought Cleveland but I guess Columbus it looks like now.

Curiosity got the best of me last night, so I asked a bartender at the Masquerade if she had heard anything about it. Unsurprisingly, she was completely clueless and had no real information aside from "for all I know, blah blah blah."
Then, afterwards, during the much superior Royal Thunder show across the street, I asked Brent from Zoroaster if he knew anything. He said that everything was completely under wraps, that they aren't inviting any bands back that played the previous year, and that Pelican is supposed to headline, regardless of where it's held.

So, yeah, Pelican is terrible and I'm beyond the point of caring now.
