Mapquest 585 Wells St. Once you cross the RR tracks it is the big warehouse on the right across from the scrapyard. Park on the street. BYOB. It could hold 100 people easily, but I've never seen it come close to packed before. I never see people other than showgoers in the area, so you should be safe.

It can hold over 300 easy

it's probably Forward to the Apocalypse Fest. Hadn't heard it was going to be at 585... thats def an improvement from Lenny's the past year or two. Cool that Phobia is on it. Theres a myspace for FTTA if you want to search for it... might be more info there
