An Impala just cruised by my hovel goin' all of tree mph. Three thicknesses on the hood. One nearly topless with an albino snake draped around her shoulders. That's more Black Metal than Watain could ever be.

u guys enjoy...i remember it being HELL to get home the three years i lived in Midtown while Freaknik was going on. They had my exit(10th/14th)blocked off as well as others nearby. I was pissed, just got off from working 12 hrs and had to show cops ID so i could get on my street to go home. Glad i lived across the street from a bar.

I was at the Dogwood festival all day yesterday and I was under the impression that Freaknik was gonna infiltrate it but it didn't. I think Freaknik was a bust more than anything...probably cause of the horrible reputation it had.

Weaknik. I went in search of insane cars and ridiculous behavior. Didn't find much of either. The best thing was a late 80s Caddie up on 26" dubs.

Disappointed.

Glad it was Weaknik instead of Freaknik.

After being marooned in Midtown during Freaknik one year, just two blocks north on Peachtree from where that lady was being raped in broad daylight at almost the same time, I can definitely say

GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE.

Interesting tidbit: did y'all know that an Atlanta FD fire-station on the Southside was taken over by Freaknik "revelers" one year and had to be retaken by force?

@Paul - holy fucking shit! Wow. I was still a kid when the last Freaknik occured so I didn't really hear about all that, I just knew is was out of control.

@Necroodin - hahaha! Wow I wonder who actually pays $1800 per rim for that! Well, I do see spinnin' rims alot so...

That reminds me of this god awful rap song I heard while sitting in traffic...it goes like this: "Spinnin' rims, nigga spinnin' rims" over and over again. Those were probably the only lyrics to this song

You'd be surprised. There are rim sets out there that can cost about $17,000. And people DO pay for them.
