I was surprised at the turnout, last night. I got there towards the end of Axial Discorrelation's set. Wow, their music bruises minds. I watched all of the Malefic set and saw a good bit of Sybaritic. Unfortunately, I had to leave before the main event.
Malefic kicks ass.
I got to meet a lot of folks last night, which was nice: SBG, Tommy, Ratanda, Azrael, Pat, Nyarlothetep, Assault, and some other guys, too, but I'm fucking horrible with names.
My daughter woke me up at 6:30, requesting pancakes for breakfast. Served by 7:20. Off to swim class.
Azrael -- it was good chatting with you last night.

I've been to nearly every metal show at Little Tree since it opened a couple of years ago and I'm pretty sure last night was the biggest turnout that they've had. It's usually just the same 10-20 people. Awesome turnout. The sound has really improved since the last time I was there, too. The We Are the World style group headbanging session at the end was one for the books. Badass Friday show.
Hell yeah man, it was good to meet you. It was a great show, Malefic was certainly amazing last night. It was also my first time seeing Sybaritic, they were awesome too.Knucklehead wrote:I was surprised at the turnout, last night. I got there towards the end of Axial Discorrelation's set. Thanks alot for coming dudes!!!! I loved how everyone got up on the stage during Severed Faiths set and just rocked the fuck out!!!! If anyone has pic's of that please put them up cause god damn that was fun! Good memories. Every Band definetly held their own, the whole show was a great success not even one single iffy band. Thanks for everyone coming out!!!! The sound their is a definite improvement. I hope more bands go to this venue!!!

great fucking show!!! Had a great time...Got thoroughly hammered!! Was hungover big time yesterday. All 4 bands slayed. Definitely like the upgrades to the sound and the addition of monitors especially the drum monitor. Good to see Little Tree back up and running with a great turnout.

Hey, Eric from Eridian. Our next show should be equally awesome (May 29th). Sybaritic will be there again, us and Gnostic. We are looking for a 4th band because McClane cancelled. Justin and I are trying to get an out-of-town band.
We got more equipment for sound (mics/power amp/stands) for that show and should have at the very least some stage monitors for the next show. I'm hoping for a set of real drum mics and rim clips too. Every show we put on will sound progressively better with additional equipment.
Everyone come out and see Gnostic (and us and Sybaritic)
