I flew to London to see them once, only to find out they were playing the whole album beginning to end and 5 other songs. I got to their set over half way through and caught 2 new songs and the good ones. It was worth it, but what a stupid idea playing all new songs they admitted no one wanted to hear.

What tour was this in support of? A Matter of Life & Death?
One would think Maiden would play a few tunes off the rec they're supporting and the rest of the show would be a run through the discography. That's what every other "accomplished" metal band does, e.g. Slayer.

I'm going to see them next Saturday in San Antonio - then up to Austin the next night to see Havok and Primal Fear.

I have to wait a month so no one be a buzz kill and give me spoilers.
I want to crap myself with excitement the second Steve Harris walks on stage.
