HAHAHA!!

Predator is my favoritist movie evah, so I'm afraid that this movie will hurt my feelings. Also Trejo isn't in any of the stills I've seen, and he's the biggest and toughest, so he's probably going down first. This makes me sad.

Let me know what you think. I'll just be over here sobbing in the corner.

Well, look at it this way, it's probably going to be better than the sequel and pretty much has to be better than the first AVP movie.

Somehow the discussion about this flick on the other forum I'm on has turned into a sketch comedy Predator meets Married with Children discussion.

Predator 2 sucked so much ass I never saw the AVP movies. Too painful.

I'll just sit here and think about Married with Children until you get back.

AVP 1 made about as much sense as Predator 2. ...maybe less.

AVP 2 wasn't great, but it at least involved less human drama and more senseless slaughter of everything on screen.

You're a Predator fan. I'm an Alien junkie.

I hope this doesn't mean we have to be mortal enemies. :D

I agree completely. I bought AVP2 for like $5 and I'll throw it in every once in a while, because they kill the shit out of the blonde teeny bopper girl...and pretty much everything else on screen. Also, at the start when the father and son are hunting and the face huggers attack 'em. The movie was'nt great though.

Oh it was far from great. I just liked how much more "Incidental" the humans were, as it should be in an Aliens vs Predator film. I also liked the Army's response to the situation. "Wait right there. We're on our way.

I am a huge Predator / Alien fan so the first of both rule very hard. One movie that still creeps me out the the original "The Thing" by John Carpenter. A priceless movie!

John Carpenter's The Thing is actually a remake of the 1951 film The Thing From Another World... but it's still my favorite horror movie ever. Modern special effects artists should be ashamed of themselves.

Rob Bottin was my childhood hero. Other kids wanted to be astronauts. I just wanted to be Bottin.

I guess i'm in the vast minority, but I couldn't stand Let the Right One In. Boring as hell.

Predators is actually pretty cool though. I was in to it. Minimal CGI and killer effects, good gore and badass predator action.
