Apparently, it was on an album called "Volunteer Jam VII." That song freaking rocks. I've never heard this version, though.Ryan wrote:Honestly, I don't know! It is fuckin' quite fried and gator stompin'.

I hate that I've never heard that. Will have to correct ASAP. Oh, and the info that I found said that Charlie Daniels is also on that particular jam. Suh-weet!Knucklehead wrote:Apparently, it was on an album called "Volunteer Jam VII." That song freaking rocks. I've never heard this version, though.Ryan wrote:Honestly, I don't know! Here's a fascinating story, one of the first shows I ever went to was Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot and local openers Riggs at the Omni. Tix were $10 and I bought a killer bootleg jersey in the parking lot for for half that. Truly an amazing show.
One of the reasons that I love Annhilation Time so much is that, to me, especially on III, they sound like Black Flag playing a set of Molly Hatchet covers.
that is a ridiculously accurate description of their sound. LOVE Annihilation Time, one of my favorite bands.badcarburetor wrote:One of the reasons that I love Annhilation Time so much is that, to me, especially on III, they sound like Black Flag playing a set of Molly Hatchet covers.

Always wanted to like Blackfoot. I mean, the name alone... But it just sounds like watered down Atlanta Riddim Sec, which is watered down .38 Special, which is watered down...
