So was Hate Eternal good? The last time I saw them they didn't suck and seemed pretty promising.

Yeah, dan they were really, really GOOD, but they were REALLY, REALLY loud!!! I did watch the majority of their set though, inbetween hanging out & talking w/ Steve Asheim & Scott Patrick & John Li from OOE outback!
Also the guys in Order Of Ennead were BAD-FUCKING-ASS!!! :D
As Were Cannabis Corpse!!! very cool dudes too!!!
The show was really Awesome!!!

If you're referring to when they were in Heaven last, that was the best I'd ever heard their mix. They didn't miss a note last night, but were back to that same muddy sound that they kind of seem to have a reputation for. Ironically, they usually bring their own sound guy with them. The mix for the other bands was great, though. A solid set regardless.

Best impromptu show I've been to in a while. They played an abbreviated set (maybe 30 minutes). PA was strained a bit, but it sounded pretty good for Wonderoot. Plenty of action complete with the bud monster. I was amazed at how fast Mark managed cook this thing up and how many people actually made it out. Had a pretty good laugh when previous show let out and the folks inside that had been strumming guitars and weeping unknowingly walked out into the throng of metal head dirt bags outside. Some really puzzled looks.

they did alot of that also. those guys were a handful, god i love them.
