Damn, they can't even manage to book into Hell or play that Prog fest? Kinda sad, I guess. Is Midnight currently in the band?

How is that sad? The local is one of the best venues a band could play at around here and unfortunately no, Midnight past away last year. Regardless they played Progpower last year with a new singer and a bunch of guest vocalist.

Just an opinion, dude. We all got 'em. To me, playing in the burbs is on par with moving back in with your parents; it's sign that everything is not on track.
I now remember that I read on Blabbermouth that Midnight had died on Blabbermouth. I quickly forgot.

Hoyt from Pathfinder Promotions uses this venue for his shows. He's had some big names, like Jon Oliva's Pain. It's just a matter of him choosing them to headline this mini-fest, not their ability (or lack thereof) to be booked at the Masquerade.
