Tonight, folks. Early doors at 6:00pm with two great locals followed by Orphaned Land, Swallow the Sun and Katatonia.

Did anyone else go to this? I missed Orphaned Land and Swallow The Sun but Katatonia was awesome. One of the best shows I've seen in a while.

I was also utterly confused by the presence of so many meathead jocks at the show.

How was the Katatonia set? Did they play any really early stuff... Dance of December Souls, Brave Murder Day, etc.? I ended up sitting this one out. Anyone else catch Swallow the Sun?

Earliest song they played was Saw You Drown. It was pretty heavy on stuff from Great Cold Distance and Night Is The New Day. One from Tonight's Decision (For My Demons), one or two from Last Fair Deal Gone Down (Teargas). 2 or 3 from Viva Emptiness.
