Earthshaking Sounds studio - anyone used it?

Just wondering if anyone on here had used or knew anything about the recording studio at Earthshaking Sounds in EAV. They pretty cheap and promise a lot. Sounds a little too good to be true.

Never used the studio, no, but I get all my guitar and amp repairs done there. They're very good guys and have saved me oodles of dough.
