Ive never been there myself, but the guys from Vyserith are the ones that put it all together and they say there is an upstairs on their myspace page. so yeah, that is a relief to find out. as for free metal and free beer?!?! I wish is WAS a free show, Ecryptus would play for free, however i'm not sure the cover price. Free beer would be awesome! But highly unlikely... If you come all the way up to Alpharetta for this thing and hang out with us, you deserve a beer! If I got the cash and this show goes well I may just buy a round.
Heh what the hell! This place is a mile from my Apt. , I was ignored for about 20 min at the bar there once before, I guess because I didn't look like I'm from the upper crust, but my experience was better at The Atlanta Celtic Festival a few weeks ago though. There is an upstairs, but it's kindof fancified. I think mayhem should ensue! Hang from the ceiling!
Yeah dudes, come on out to Alpharetta, we'll all have a good time. The only bands I'm familiar with are Ground:Xero( from a few live shows at the Masq.) and Ecryptus(their webpage). I checked out Vyrsinth or whatever it is, and it seemed like they should be amusing! I'm just waiting to see all the rich kids from the area high schools come out to support their buddies.
rest assured there will be no jesuscore in the Ecryptus and Ground:Xero portion of the evening... I know that Deus Invictus is a Christian band, however I heard some of their initial recordings from a friend and the guitars are pretty technical, metalcore but ot too bad. Their drummer was also in The Chariot for a while if I'm not mistaken...
itll be an awesome show no matter the bands beliefs (as long as they dont pray on stage...)
