that's a bummer, i wish they would come through on their own with a more grindcore oriented bill instead of the metal shows they always openGameFreac wrote:So pissed I got there late and only saw 1 Rotten Sound song.

Yeah same here...it's not a huge deal since I saw them open for Carcass but I thought I timed it right where I would get there right after Barren Earth but I guess the show started on time for once.Ryan wrote:that's a bummer, i wish they would come through on their own with a more grindcore oriented bill instead of the metal shows they always openGameFreac wrote:So pissed I got there late and only saw 1 Rotten Sound song.

same! got there during their last two songs. sounded damn good though. i didn't like Rotten Sound either time i've seen them really but the rest of the show was killer. Finntroll was awesomeratanda wrote:I only got to see one song of Barren Earth.
The Masquerade website adverstised 7:30 but didn't indicate if that meant doors or what, so it's natural to assume it meant doors.
I got there at 7:45 and Barren Earth were almost done.
Yeah that's probably why I missed Rotten Sound then...thought it meant doors, like usual. Oh well.ratanda wrote:I only got to see one song of Barren Earth.

NOFX was beyond sold out, I tried to go upstairs but couldn't even find a place to stand. Finntroll show did pretty well too except a bunch of people left after Ensiferum.WREKage-Paul wrote:Wow....couldn't get off work early, and with that earlier-than-planned show-start, I'd have been lucky to get down there in time for Ensiferum (who, along with Barren Earth, comprised the biggest draws for me).
How did the show do? How crowded was the place with NOFX upstairs?
