Cathedral the doom band? Witchaven playing doesn't come as a surprise to me.

D666, Witchaven, Repugnant, Nocturnal, and Aura Noir along with all the other thrash bands....

Fuck anyone that say MDF's line-up this year is weak.

If I recall correctly, a few of you crashed at that hostel on Mulberry St. for MDF a time or two. Pros/cons? Worth the effort to save some cash? I'm doing my best to get there this year.

I'm gonna stay at the hostel this year. I stayed there in 08 and it was nice not having to step on people if I'm trying to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night! It'll be about $40 a night.

Destroyer 666 has had to cancel their upcoming US tour dates, including their appearance at MDF.

NUNSLAUGHTER will be filling the vacant spot on Saturday caused by the cancellation.

Also, please note that Cripple Bastards has to play on Friday instead of Sunday because someone in the band needs to head back to Italy earlier than originally expected.

there are common bathrooms but some of the larger rooms have their own bathrooms. The rooms with multiple beds have bunks. Not all beds are bunks though. There's a kitchen, free pancakes but you gotta cook and clean it yourself (which is fine), a large fridge, a computer, a common area downstairs with a huge TV and games, a sitting area when you first walk in with some couches. It's pretty freakin sweet!

@Dan- yeah for real! I wonder who else will cancel/ get added on.
