Apparently, "oogle" is a term for a traveller kid who isn't really true, because he or she chooses to be a traveller kid and actually has a home to go to. How perverse is that?

I think more that just that, it means poser who acts the fool and fucks up shit for everyone else. Since they have a fallback plan it's that much worse for folks are who lose their spots due to oogle bullshit. Makes sense to me.

I always thought that "oogles" were called trustees. I just read that somewhere online. The name does imply the same principle. Partying is fun for only so long.

Yep, "trustees," or "trustafarians." Livin' high on daddy's trust fund.

Although sometimes I envy them. Being able to say, "fuck it, I think I'll follow ________ on tour for 15-20 dates across the country, and no worries about money or having a job when I get back" would be pretty cool.
