What kind of government is going to exist after the war? If it's going to be a theocracy full of Islamist wackos, I say we should stay the fuck out. What do the people of Libya want? Do they even want us there like the Iraqis didn't. That whole region is fucked.

It's been said that the US will take a secondary position behind that of France or the UK. Whether or not that happens remains to be seen. Secretary Gates tends to do what he says he is gonna do though. If it is truly a U.N mission, then we shouldn't be in a leadership position.

I'm not clear on what's up. There's just too much going on right now with Japan, Charlie Sheen, the Middle East, my personal life...

I generally take an isolationist stance, but I'm defo not informed enough on this to have an intelligent opinion.

My gut says stay out and take care of our fucked up corporate mess here.
