Yep, I was thinking the same thing.
The shows rule. I'm just missing PS Warehouse maybe.[/quote]

This. My friend and I were talking about this the other day. When it comes down to it (I'm not knocking the PS or any of that because I loved that venue) it was just a shady warehouse with graffiti full of kids with mutual interests. It isn't like a shitty PA or subcultures kept us from having fun. What made the warehouse the place to be for me was that I could hang out and party with kids my around my age that live by some of the same rules and ideals without the bullshit that you would expect from the Masquerade. I miss the PS but only for the memories. Sorry to say that, it just seems now I can get that from the Archive Gallery

I had a blast at the show. It was Easter weekend, so I'm sure a lot of folks were out of town, still i thought it was a decent turn-out. I think when the bar runs out of beer, the show can be considered a success.

I don't remember not eating my french toast at the Majestic diner after the show though. I vaguely remember stumbling into the place. And I remember not being able to get my key into the front door of my house and having to walk to the back and try a different key when I got home.

100% agreed. The last time I remember draining all of the Tecate and all the PBR was nearly a year ago during one of those spontaneous everybody drink a minumum of three buckets by yourself nights.

And I dig that most of our good local bands do play a lot. It's always a good party and beats the shit out of sitting around staring at the TV on a Saturday night or getting wasted in a random bar full of strangers. $1 Tecate (that's even better than store prices in most cases), live loud metal, and some coold dudes and girls to hang with... man I'd do it almost every night if I could.

Ate one bite, inhaled powder sugar, coughed, nearly yakked, and then went comatose.

LOL about the French toast. Hahaha yeah when I got home that night, I apparently passed out ontop of the quilt and pillows laying sideways. My b/f had to push me over so he could have some room to lay down lol

Yeah, all in all, I definitely had a great time at this show for sure!

About the whole Spew playing Jacks too much, I mean what other local band could possibly fit into a jacks pizza show better than Spew? I don't see the problem!
