Watched this at work today. Pretty cool.

i managed to DL this a while back and it was a great documentary.

speaking of documentaries on this sort of topic, when the hell is slow southern steel coming out?!

It's only playing film festivals for the time being, although it is supposed to come to Atlanta. No DVD plans in the near future. There are supposedly some legal issues preventing DVD release right now.

I've been hearing about this for a while and would love to watch it, but I hate watching shit on computer monitors. Unless I'm getting paid for it. I think I need your job. Yeah, that sounds good...Oh yeah, right, um...Is this getting a DVD release at any point?

Thanks for clarifying, I've been waiting to see slow southern steel for a while especially with the local bands they got on there.

Such hawks such hounds was very informative, I didn't know a lot about desert rock bands before though it's really not my cup of tea.

Not to ruin everyone's fun all the time or whatevz, but I bought a Deadbird shirt from one of the producers of the documentary and IT NEVER CAME. But I will still go see the movie probz, lol

Thanks for posting this, Sam. A lot of this kind of music isn't so much my thing, but I thought it was all pretty interesting.

I did laugh, though, at the guy who said, "Melvins can clear rooms or change lives." I have experienced both.
