Bring him with you!

First band around 8pm, most likely be LD. Spew will probably play last as that would be the polite thing to do for the touring bands.

In the past there hasn't been a problem with byob but they DEFINITELY don't sell beers inside for $1

Isn't these kinds of places "selling" alcohol what usually gets them shut down and the person in charge in danger of some serious charges, like providing to minors or some shit? This probably ought be kept on the DL, I'd think, unless there is some loophole of which I'm unaware.

Dually noted. Above post edited for factual accuracy and covert action.

Since they're 501(c)(3), as long as money exchanged is specified as a "donation" rather than a "sale" during private events it all comes out in the wash. Most of the non-profits I work for do the same thing. Somehow it works out on paper.

LD will go on around 8 or 830 and i assume tombstalker would be playing before coffin dust so if you book it straight from work you'd probably catch em

That's basically what I was thinking could be the loophole, but I didn't know that Wonderroot is an official nonprofit. Good for them! I still hope that they are very careful, what with minors and fools outside, etc...Sucks when venues catch a case because of one jackass or one over zealous cop. Just can't be too careful about that shit in this litigious age.

I guess I'll be rotting then lol I wound up not going, not because of money (I have $6 lol) but because I'm sick of driving...had to drive 5.5 hrs day before yesterday and 6.5 before that and almost 9 a few days before that. Not to mention, I had the death shift today...I hope the show was good and I know I'll regret missing it after I hear how awesome it was! I plan on hitting up at least one more show before I go to Tallahassee next month.
