Didn't he have a heart attack on stage, or something?MaleficSounds wrote:Cocaine is a hell of a drugKnucklehead wrote:The last (and only) time I saw him was in '86. He was a doddering old man then. And he was younger than I am now!

So we were at the same show then when that little band from California opened for Oz.Knucklehead wrote:The last (and only) time I saw him was in '86. He was a doddering old man then. That little band was the only reason I went, chief. But I wasn't living here, then: I was up in Michigan.stewvee wrote:So we were at the same show then when that little band from California opened for Oz.Knucklehead wrote:The last (and only) time I saw him was in '86. Same here as far as the reason goes. We actually left midway through Oz cause we wanted to get back to my bro's house and rock MoP and get more fucked up.

I think we are talking about a little band who had a sliver of the stage but nearly stole the show. Went on to be quite DIRTy?stewvee wrote:So we were at the same show then when that little band from California opened for Oz.Knucklehead wrote:The last (and only) time I saw him was in '86. Didn't we talk about this at Jax? I need a full system restore.

If memory serves, '86 was the Bark at the Moon tour. Crue opened. Years later they "wrote" the greatest - and most ridiculous - book in the history of the written word, The Dirt.Knucklehead wrote:It was the "DIRTy" part that threw me off. Stew and I were talking about this at Jack's and could make neither heads nor tails.badcarburetor wrote:That would be negatory.
Or I could be totally wrong as there have been a number of $4 pitchers in my lifetime.
