Manilla Road - Crystal Logic
I fucking love this band. Why I slept on them for so long I will never know.

Absu - Abzu
Not sure that I've listened to it enough for fair judgement but at this point I think it's rad but not as rad as the s/t. Production is similar which is a good thing in my mind as the s/t sounded fantastic but i'm not a big fan of the levels. Guitars are too low in the mix and get buried under the insane drumming and vocals. There is also significantly less killer riffage and more black metal, high note, tremolo business which kinda bums me out as the super nasty thrash riffs played with a black metal aesthetic on previous works were a big factor in me liking them as much as I do. I'd give it a solid 7.5 or 8 out of 10.

Mastodon - The Hunter
Listened to this blasted out of my gourd on my way home from practice Saturday night/Sunday morning and REALLY enjoyed it. The vocals still bum me out but instrumentally this shit is pretty fantastic.
SPEWTILATOR - Badass motherfuckin' street cops with nothing to lose who don't play by the rules and are out for blood.

Yeah, I just got this package today with with the new Hail!Hornet. Listening to that now while Rwake is loading. I feel the same way about Rwake- great band if you're into that sort of thing.

Been listening to pretty much every band that was listed in the Panzer Metal thread, that stuff is VERY relevant to my interest.

Corrupt - Silence Equals Death

English Dogs - Where Legend Began

Antischism - Still Life

Antisect - Peace is Better Than a Place in History

Draconis - Overlords of the Greying Dawn

Melechesh - As Jerusalem Burns...

Needing a link to the new Thulcandra if anyone has it...
