RINGTONES! YEAH!!

Old 3G died, new 4GS arrived. Yay!

My old ringtone was Belphegor "Pest Teufel Apokalypse" and I used it for alarms and phone calls and everything else because I wasn't feeling very adventurous back then. Now every time I hear that song I think it's time to water the plants or go to the dentist.

New phone, new ringtones! So the new ringtone is Sargeist "Black Fucking Murder" from 3:15 to 3:48ish. We found one of our old experiments lying around in the computer, which is the opening of Belphegor "Sexdictator Lucifer." I'm using that now for alarms, but not as a ringtone since the orgasm moans might not go over well in the break room at work. Also Chris stuck the Spongebob theme song in my phone when I wasn't looking, so I'll decide somewhere for that. I'm not into putting a different ringtone for everyone I know - that's what Caller ID is for.

What ringtones are y'all using?

my ringtone is a meticulously isolated sample of the chorus of Aces High by Maiden. I have a pay as you go plan and when all was said and done it ended up costing me about $7

my ringtone is some funky island bullshit that was pre-programmed on my phone. i keep the thing on vibrate all the time so it's whatever.

my mom's ringtone for whenever I call is some generic metal riff thing that's on her phone but she keeps the volume turned up so fucking loud on the ringer that it sounds like goddamn metallica is inside her purse. i can only imagine the looks she gets out in public when i call haha

My default ringtone (I do have certain songs assigned to certain people) is the beginning of Arthur Brown's "Fire." It can be pretty startling or weird when in public but I like it.

My ringtone used to be the opening track from welcome to america by ludacris. I really stood out at the kvlt shows. Then it was bolt thrower's in battle. Now its surfing bird.

My one was the old phone sound for the longest time. A few days ago I changed the default one to Morrissey's Irish Blood, English Heart and made a special one for the husband that's too sappy to post for public consumption.

mines on vibrate. I don't think I can get custom ringtones on mine. If I can, I have no idea how (Mine is an older flip phone)
