Great list all around. Another Perfect Day is my favorite Motorized LP. That album doesn't get enough love.

Thanks, Another Perfect Day is my favorite too. Kinda wish they made at least one more album with Robbo. His playing on APD is just too damn good!

One of my favorite recent releases as well. I like it almost as much as Dämmerung der Szenarien. As has been mentioned, they're seemingly unheard of (stateside at least).

I'm sick of listening to the same shit every time we take a road trip. (This problem will be solved by my new stereo with the ipod adapter in it, merry xmas to me!) So I dug around in the Various section of our CDs and found the following:

"Giant Steps" Blue Note compilation
Mariachi Tolteca - Classic Mariachi
"Pure Funk" PolyGram compilation
"Take it Off!" Striptease Classics
Polka Dance Party Volume I (that's right, it's multi-volume)
Highlights from Crescent City Soul: The Sound of New Orleans 1947 - 1974

The family listened to that for a week, they're gone, and this morning I ripped it all out and fired up:

Avsky
Horna
Cultes des Ghoules
NÃ¥strond
2 more Avskys

My goal now is to completely blow out the old speakers before I have the new ones installed. I have two weeks.
