This is a real bummer for me. Riot was one of the first Metal bands I ever saw - way back in the 70's. Mark moved to San Antonio in the eighties for awhile and I'd see him around town once in awhile. He formed a band called Narita with the dudes from SA Slayer, which later turned into the re-vamped version of Riot (Thundersteel era). The dude was an amazing guitar player. Drag.

Immortal Soul just came out last year and they were supposed to be touring, yes.

Pure suckage. Riot was was one the bands that got me confirmed into metal. RIP Mark. You will definitely be missed.
