when i saw them in DC at an amp theater the pit ticks were like 105$ a piece at presale. when i saw them at an arean they were like 60 plus like a 20$ service fee. will not sit on the lawn for this and watch it on screens, and not be able to see shit. plus last time i saw em at an amp theater it fucking poured, but i was covered since i had pit tickets. beyond stoked.
your church was turned into an abortion clinic and we use it all the time... sluts!!!

No way am I missing this! I never thought Maiden would ever come to Atlanta again. Had to see them in Fort Lauderdale a few years ago. I also saw Alice in December and he's still got it. This bill is like something out of a dream!

Careful -- Sam probably saw them at the Soundhouse in '79.

Ha ha ha !

Blaze or whatever is not my favorite. I don't like Jannick Gers either. I abandoned them once Somewere in Time hit the st. Shit was treasonous, esp after Powerslave. Seen them twice --- Piece tour and World Slavery. Nothing since. Looking forward to this one, which will prob be their last ATL show I would think.

I wish!! I never got to see them with Di'Anno.
I did get to see the Number of the Beast, Piece of Mind and Powerslave tours though.

and more recently - Brave New World and The Final Frontier

those 80's shows had great openers like Saxon, Scorpions and Girlschool - I'll have to take a look at the tix. The Girlschool show I saw was their first US show. I have shitty pics somewhere.

I stopped paying attention by the point that Somewhere In Time was released. Bay Area Thrash had my full attention.

I did catch them on the Powerslave tour: it was the first metal show that I ever saw. Accept opened. Udo is such an odd little German.

You mean gay, right? Gay little German?

Kneedeep in Megadeth, Metallica, and Possessed at that time. But I was still listening to Maiden pretty regularly. Powerslave maintained a draw for quite a fuckin while man. Those songs still haven't aged on me.
