Have you seen 120 Days of Sodom?

I think that would be right up your alley.

I believe Netflix has these...

Dead Alive
The Prowler (I rented this from Netflix on a whim and was pleasantly surprised)
The Beyond
City of the Living Dead
Man Bites Dog (not horror but fucked up)
Happiness (not horror again, but fucked up)
Make Them Die Slowly (aka Cannibal Ferox)
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
Dr. Butcher MD (aka Zombie Holocaust)
Bloodsucking Freaks (troma sleazoid cheese)

Dead Alive - saw it
The Prowler - added
The Beyond - they don't have it, you're the second person to recommend it, though
City of the Living Dead - on Mike's queue
Man Bites Dog - on Mike's queue
Happiness - added
Make Them Die Slowly (aka Cannibal Ferox) - added
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer - saw it
Dr. Butcher MD (aka Zombie Holocaust) - added
Bloodsucking Freaks (troma sleazoid cheese) - added

EDIT: The Beyond IS on there, it was just under Lucio Fulci so I didn't see it right away.

Meet the Feebles Sucks ass.
Rent ANY MST3K and you'll laugh your ass off.
Or if you havent seen CKY (not the band) thats good too.
Aside from those I would suggest The Killer Condom, Cannibal the Musical, Any Kevin Smith Film, Pi, SAW, Ed Gein, Fire walk with Me, Four Rooms, Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle,One Night At McCools and Freddy Got Fingered.
Just a couple of my favs.

four rooms is tight, fire walk with me and all of that guys films are even to fucked up for me. meet the feebles is fucked up but its worth seeing just so you can talk to people about it. gummo was written by the same ladie who wrote "kids". if you liked kids, gummo is the same style, just more bizzare.
hope you all fucking rot

ANY MST3K - Mike has a bunch on CD, we watch them from time to time
CKY - saw all of them, CKY2K is the best
The Killer Condom - added
Cannibal the Musical - already on my queue
Any Kevin Smith Film - saw them all a million times, refuse to see Jersey Girl
Pi - saw it
SAW - saw it
Ed Gein - added
Fire walk with Me - I fucking HATE David Lynch, so if this is typical Lynch, I won't like it
Four Rooms - already on my queue
Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle - not sure about this one...not so much a fan of dumb comedy or teen movies...
One Night At McCools - meh
Freddy Got Fingered - same thing as Harold & Kumar...

David Lynch movies are fucking annoying. I seriously can't think of any film maker more annoying than him. His movies aren't really fucked up, he just thinks that adding some tits and a weird plot twist to each of his films is fucking deep or something. Kind of like M. Night Shyamalan, but without the tits. He's an asshole, too.

Kids is one of my favourite movies, although I've heard really mixed things about Gummo.
I'll find out shortly, I guess...

Harold and Kumar is NOT a fuckin' teen movie. I hate teen movies, I wouldn't suggest one.
If you are not a fan of dumb comedy why are you watching MST3k or Kevin Smith? Just give the movie a chance and don't automatically assume it's a teen movie.
I can totally understand not liking Lynch, I just suggested that for the shock value.
here is a couple more suggestions -

Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind - Fucking INCREDIBLE!!!!
Being John Malchovich - Genius
Fargo - Classic
8mm - NOT 8 MILE - ha!
Stealing Harvard - If you like Kevin Smith's style you'll like this one.
Constantine - The ONLY good Kenu Reeves movie besides Bill & Ted.
The Gods Must Be Crazy
Gag Factor 6 - just kidding!
