Dead Can Dance Sept 5th

Post by Odinson666 » Thu March 22nd, 2012, 9:17 pm

while not metal they have influenced metal bands and seem have a following in some metal circles ...ok at least some of the ones i am in... they are playing the Cobb Energy Center - tickets are on the pricey- side but if you are into this sort of thing then worth every penny

Also getting a ticket the second they go on sale! This is great news.

When I first saw this announced yesterday, I got super excited...because I misread it as Death in June. Yeah, I know. That's not going to happen.

I'm still pretty amped. It's not like they tour much, so I need to catch 'em while I can.

it could be the death on death tour and death in june could open...I would be more than o.k with that ...current 93 would also be an acceptable opener as would psychic tv if i'm making my winter solstice list for genesis p

Can Death in June play live or do people get too worked up that they are "fascists?"

it's an election year they will just blend in with all the other fascists, socialists, and other political circus freaks on the road. So I can only hope Douglas P will do the Reich thing and venture outside of his compound in Australia.

Fascist shit. Sometimes, anyway. I met a guy in Chicago a few months ago who told me that he had a ticket to see Di6 a few years back, but of course Antifa shut the show down....
