So, as you toss around words like "scam," understand that his family and foundation are doing their best to raise money through his music and memory by the best means that have at their disposal.

Come or don't come. Participate or don't. But please do not denigrate their efforts in memory of their son and the musical movement he helped to create.

When approached, we gladly agreed to participate and donate. I feel honored that we are one of the cities and venues they asked to host the tour.

Oh please. I'm not denigrating the Schuldiners. Give me a fucking break. This whole recasting of Chuck Schuldiner as the Death Metal Christ is pretty rich. No pun intended.

Hoglan, Reinert, DiGiorgio, Clendenin, Masvidal, Hamm, and Koelble. I remember reading that Reifert would be involved too but guess not.

All solid musicians I think. Yeah, it's kind of like a cover band. But this is simply the best we're going to get since Chuck passed. It's a pretty unique opportunity. I just wish the vocalists were like, awesome. The guy from Obscura is okay... and Atheist blows. I wish we got Gorguts like the west coast did.
